SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours excluding weekends.
  • Orders placed during high volume seasons, sales or holidays are subject to extra processing time.
  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
  • Once a package is handed over to the carrier; it is up to the carrier to decide what routes to take in order to deliver the shipment.
  • We are not responsible for packages once they have left our facility.
  • Shipping cost is non-refundable in the event the order is delayed, destination address was incorrect or if the order contained free shipping.
  • We ship to domestic and international locations from the United States.
  • If a package is refused, abandoned OR returned to sender due to an invalid address provided at checkout, a refund will not be issued.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN THE USA)

Standard shipping is 7-10 business days, excluding weekends and federally observed holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders may incur delays due to international custom procedures.

Packages shipped internationally may be subject to customs and duties.

ALTR ROOT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING CUSTOMS AND DUTIES CHARGES.

Please be advised that there may be slight delays in the delivery of your package, as carriers may require additional time depending on your area of delivery.

Standard shipping - Under normal circumstances shipping can take up to 14 business days from the shipping date.

Express shipping - Under normal circumstances shipping can take up to 5 business days from the shipping date.

We currently do not ship to the following countries - Afghanistan, Belarus, Iraq, Russia, Tanzania, Tristan da Cunha, Turkmenistan, Yemen.

Orders returned to sender - If a package is refused, abandoned OR returned to sender due to unpaid customer fees, a refund will not be issued.

Ingredient Restrictions

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT: Each country has specific regulations on what ingredients can be imported. Ingredients like melatonin and yohimbine may be restricted in your country. We highly recommend contacting your customs agency for a complete list of permitted imports before making a purchase. If your order is seized by customs due to restricted ingredients, we will NOT issue a refund, unless ALL products are returned to our warehouse in their original condition. Eligible refunds will be issued minus shipping costs.

LOOKING FOR YOUR PACKAGE?

We encourage you to check around your property, with your neighbors, and with anyone residing in your home, as they might have received the package for you. Also, please check with your management or leasing office, as they might have accepted it on your behalf. If your package still hasn’t turned up after 3 or more days, please contact us.
